Introduction

  • Opt-In Process: Utilize a double opt-in process to confirm the recipient’s consent. This involves sending a confirmation email after the initial sign-up to ensure the recipient’s willingness to receive communications.

Identification and Contact Information

  • Sender Identification: All communications must clearly identify the sender. This includes a valid physical postal address and contact information where the sender can be reached.

  • Unsubscribe Mechanism: Every email must include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link. Recipients must be able to easily opt-out of future communications, and such requests must be honored promptly.

Compliance with Laws

Epicoo adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (USA)
  • GDPR (EU)
  • CASL (Canada)

Monitoring and Enforcement

  • Routine Checks: Epicoo will conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with this policy. Any violations may result in the suspension or termination of services.

  • Complaint Handling: All SPAM complaints will be thoroughly investigated. Accounts found in violation of this policy may incur penalties, including a $100 charge per unsolicited email sent.

Prohibited Activities

  • Harvesting: Collecting email addresses from websites or other sources without consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Purchased Lists: Using purchased or rented email lists, regardless of their opt-in status, is not allowed.

  • Misleading Information: Sending emails with false or misleading information is prohibited.

Reporting SPAM

Recipients can report suspected SPAM by contacting us at abuse@epicoo.com. Please include the complete email, including headers, when submitting a report.

Policy Updates

Epicoo reserves the right to update this Anti SPAM Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to all users and will be posted on our website.
